345510 Land Rover Ex-Military Spare Wheel Strap .  British made this is the Spare wheel securing strap for spare wheels which are mounted on the bonnets of military Land Rovers.  It is fitted to the Series 2A/3 Land Rovers and also the Lightweights.  They are fitted to the vehicle by 3 staples which hopefully will be still fitted to your bonnet.
