Description

MTC2238 Rear Quarter Panel late – RH. British made and beautifully finished. These are the later units for Series 3 variants that have the side lamp at the top and indicator lamp located at the bottom. Opposed to the earlier Series 3 units with the lamp holes at the top.

Please note: There is a difference between the series 3 and the Defender Rear Quarter panel. The wheel arches on a Defender are around 2 cms higher than a Series 3 to accommodate bigger wheels and tyres. This means that the inner fixing to the wheel arch, as in the strengthener where the doorlock striker plate would fit is shorter. The length of this section on a Defender or 90/110 is around 27 cms whilst the distance for the late Series 3 Rear Quarter Panel is around 29 cms.
