At Paintman Panels, we’re passionate about Land Rovers and take pride in selling high-quality panels for the classic Land Rover models. From our warehouse in Retford Nottinghamshire, we ship out panels to locations all around the world. We also supply paint for classic vehicles from our sister company Paintman Paint.
To support our growth, we’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team, as a Land Rover Parts & Warehouse Coordinator, with knowledge in the Land Rover field (or classic car field). You’ll be responsible for carefully packing Land Rover panels, maintaining stock (incl ordering, collecting etc), keeping a tidy workspace, and ensuring our products reach customers in perfect condition. If you enjoy hands-on work, have passion to progress and grow with the business and take pride in keeping things organised, we’d love to hear from you!
Duties will include:
- Full stock management and inventory checks inc. collecting, delivering, sourcing
- Packing Land Rover panels securely for shipping
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
- Offering knowledge on parts to customer service team
- Helping others with incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments
- Happy to be involved in social media content
- A dog lover – we have office dogs!
- A Land Rover enthusiast
Skills:
- Able to operate with high levels of accuracy
- Able to work on your own with initiative
- Demonstrate a methodical approach to warehouse work
- Basic warehouse or packing knowledge (can be taught)
- Careful and efficient packing of Land Rover panels to ensure safe delivery
- Attention to detail to check for quality and accuracy before dispatch
- Sourcing new panels
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and well-maintained
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Understanding of stock management and order processing
- Physically fit to handle and move large panels safely
- A proactive and reliable approach to work

Hours, Location & Salary:
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Location: Retford, Nottinghamshire DN22 7WQ
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
